How are you able to get food at such a low cost?
Buying in bulk -- by the truckload! -- allows us to get a much better price on food than you'll see at the grocery store. The Virtual Food Drive also provides our most in-demand foods, so families always have access to fresh, nutritious options.
I have a question about my donation. Who can I contact?
Please reach out to Nicole Louis, Director of Annual Giving at nlouis@loaves-fishes.org or 630.355.3663 x115. We're always happy to hear from you!
Is my donation secure?
Yes. Your security and privacy is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL technology to keep your information safe and secure.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, we’ll send a receipt to the email address you provide when donating. The receipt will include your donation details, such as the date, amount, and any beneficiary information.
How is my personal data handled?
We do not share or sell donor information. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and also in accordance with the privacy policy of GoFundMe, our website partner.
